Whenever I plan on seeing a movie, this is my go-to for dinner, service is impeccable, attentive etc. The service is always spot on, they make a damn good Manhattan as well. I could care less of the two restaurants opening across the street, food is always hot, and again my service is always consistently awesome !!!!!!

We sat at thr bar and the servive was awful . My empity glsss was stared at by the manager and bartender. When the lady in the low cut top sat down he made a B line to take her order. Used to go to a ruby Tuesday weekly in ny and it was good . Guess if i want a good meal at RT i should go back to long island

Always got a decent meal here but don't love there new menu. I got there bid daddy sampler. I believe it was called. Mozzarella sticks were not the right texture inside. Finger were over cooked and cheese fries were not cooked enough topping was odd something spicy in there. Doing rolls nothing special.

I am not ever going back to this place. It's expensive, and staff isn't that pleasant to have my business. I took my wife there tonight. 1st I had to wait twenty minutes for the table then half an hour for the appetizer and drinks, then another half an hour or so for the main meal. It was 20 degree outside and they kept switching from heat to air and back and forth. I asked the guy to leave the heat on but no one cared and now both my wife and I feeling sick. Not going back to this place again.

I've been to this restaurant chain many times, in different locations on the east coast. It's always the same, very predictable and consistent. I usually get the bourbon salmon and salad bar. This time I had the crab cake - just fair, salad bar was good. I should stick with the salmon.

We found a hair in our food, and the manager accused my wife and I of putting it there...we will not be going back, I suggest you don't waste your time by spending your money here

Decided to try Ruby Tuesday's before going to movies. Just looking for a burger with the salad bar. Food was as I expected but I had a problem ordering beer. I was there during happy hour. My wife and I were sitting in a booth 10 feet from the bar...the empty bar I might add. When our waitress came to take our drink order, I asked her what they had going for happy hour. The waitress said that happy hour is only for drinks ordered at the bar. So I looked at her, pointed to the bar and said that maybe I'll order my beer at the bar and bring it to my table. The waitress said that can't be done. I'd have to drink it at the bar. I ordered an ice tea, had my burger & salad but I resolved that no more Ruby Tuesday's for me. What a ridiculous policy. Happy Hour is happy hour and should apply to the drink regardless of where it is ordered!

I think this eating at this place was OK. Service was good. Drink was watered out. Appetizer was very good. Main entree was greasy. I wouldn't waste money on this place unless it was the only thing open. I am kinda disappointed.

We ate here last night and normally, I am not a fan of chains - and the RT in Liberty Place is awful - but - and here's the BIG but... We had an excellent meal and great service. I had the (fresh, and many choices) salad bar and a side of lobster mac 'n cheese. The menu seems to have been upgraded. FIL had a gorgeous and huge burger - so big he took half home. MIL had a steak & lobster dinner (2 tiny tails - but buttery and cooked nicely). DH enjoyed the pasta carbonara but I tasted it and did not like the overly salty-smoky flavor. Meanwhile - we had a great time and believe it or not, I would go back again. Soon.

We arrived at 11:15am (15 minutes after opening time). We stood there waiting for someone to seat us for atleast 5 minutes. There were no other customers in the restaurant at this point. After ordering, I went for a trip to the salad bar to find bacon IN THE grapes (gross). We asked for some fresh grapes and our waitress did bring us out fresh which was good. We then noticed no honey mustard dressing, which they usually have. We had to dig through plates at the salad bar just to find a clean one. My hand were greasy after handling the tongs at the salad bar. Due to them not being washed. The floor was slippery from grease. My 4 year old even noted :wow these floors sure are slippery, its like skating!". Not a good overall experience and certainly the LAST TIME we will be eating at Ruby Tuesday. We have given them many chances and are always not happy with the cleanliness of the locations. ps - the bathroom was dirty, hair in the sinks and dried urine in the mens room. Since it was near opening when we visited, leads me to believe they are not cleaned regularly.

My brother loves this place for one thing and one thing only. Steak and shrimp. I find it to be a good buffet for salad, And I am not just talkiing lettuce and untasty tomatoes. So, I go with him when I am in town to this one because it is clean and the people are polite and it can be a vegetarian's delight. There are plenty of old age pensioners at this one if you go at any time other than the weekend!

Calling all chain food snobs and yes Toni, that means you too! Would you like to have my Baked Beans recipe that was given to me when I was 16 years old by my girlfriends grandmother, when I showed an interest in cooking? Do you know that everyone begs for this simple recipe? Then stay tuned... Ruby Tuesday's have the very Best BBQ Baby Back Ribs I have ever had, over and over again! So, I don't want to hear about this being a chain! But, they don't have BBQ beans! They slow roast these babies for 24 hours until the fat is totally gone and the flavor is sealed in. You pick them up and they fall apart into lean tender nibbles of BBQ goodness. Seriously, if you love ribs, these are the best! The Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes are loaded with more lump crab and flavor than the high priced fine dining establishment you are paying, but do get the Ribs. The Clam Chowder is very good and the clams are tender and plentiful. Doctored Up Baked Beans 6 slices of bacon, cut into 1" pieces 3 1 lb.12 oz. cans of beans. Any kind your little heart desires. Store brand, Campbell's, Bush's. 1 8 oz. can tomato sauce 1 medium onion, chopped 1/2 cup ketchup 1/2 cup dark brown sugar 1/4 cup prepared mustard ....................................................... I add the following to enhance her wonderful recipe and it works nicely. 1/4 cup barbecue sauce 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon. pepper 1 teaspoon garlic powder !/2 teaspoon ground cloves 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire 3 Tablespoons of Maple Syrup Combine all and bake in a 300 degree oven for 3 hours stirring occasionally. Can be baked at a higher heat in less time, but slow is better ;+} Hubby likes them with grilled hot dogs, cut up and mixed in or on the side. Now, go and check out those Ribs!

Awful service, incorrect prices, and food cooked incorrectly. I had to send back my steak twice, never received the "included" Cheddar biscuits, never got a refill on my drink, and was then charged $10. 99 for a side order of lobster mac and cheese, when the menu says you can get a side of it for an extra $5. Bad, bad, bad...

For a chain restaurant, it is definitely a small (very small) step up from Friday's and Applebee's. I'll go here once every few months or so and it's pretty good. Always had good experiences with the servers and their attentiveness. Food is pretty good, although some of the items that aren't a burger are a little expensive. But they always run specials where you get the salad bar (which has always looked pretty good and well maintained to me) for free, so it isn't too overpriced. It's convenient to the movies, which is a plus, and the other restaurants i in the shopping center aren't really that great for dinner, except maybe the Japanese restaurant.

Not too bad, the food was tasty and the service was acceptable. Watched the Flyers one of the times I was there so I will have to pay attention next time...

I am not a fan of chain restaurants, whatsoever. The menu always looks great but never comes out looking quite that good. The descriptions are rarely accurate and the dishs never taste as wonderful as they sound. My date didnt stand a chance taking me to such a "dump" but I figured I would make the best of the situation. We started with spinach and artichoke dip which was borderline cold when it came out but rather tasty. The chips were greasy and probably older than I am. I was, however, pleasantly surprised with the best mash Ive EVER had. Soft, moist, sour cream-y....it was the bomb. I ordered the Chicken Bella and it was REALLY good. The sauce was just right, portobello mushrooms were delish and the artichokes gave it that added lil' sumthin' sumthin'. The cocktails are mediocre and broccoli tasted like I was chewing on unsalted grass, but my overall impression was decent. I will NOT be going on another date with this guy...

We had burgers at the RT in Willow Grove Mall. Salad bar was poor, slow to replace or fill some items but the burgers were rare, very rare and we ordered well. I cut into mine, more pink than you think. Told the waiter. Do you know he brought the same half burger I sent back, on the same half soggy roll, limp lettuce & tomato. Too much! The waiter even said I told the cook we should give the customer another burger. They had a large party going on but that's no excuse to provide the rest of the customers poor service. Spoke to the manager who said when you send back a steak we just recycle or recook it. I wonder what else they recycle or recook? The waiter is the only reason why I'm giving them one stars.
